We collect order information, shipping address, and email address. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we do not receive or retain credit card numbers.当社は、注文情報、配送先、メールアドレスを取得します。決済はStripeが処理し、当社はクレジットカード番号を取得・保持しません。
If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address, the language you signed up in, the version and time of the consent you gave, whether you confirmed your email address, and delivery records kept by our email service, such as whether a newsletter was opened or a link in it was clicked.メールマガジンに登録された場合は、メールアドレス、登録時の表示言語、同意した文面の版と日時、メールアドレスの確認状況、および配信サービスが記録する配信記録（メールの開封やリンクのクリックの有無など）を取得します。

We use personal information to process orders, arrange manufacturing and delivery, provide customer support, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.当社は、注文処理、製造・配送の手配、カスタマーサポート、法令対応のために個人情報を利用します。
We send newsletters about releases and offers only to subscribers who confirmed their email address. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not use your newsletter sign-up for advertising targeting.新作・オファーのメールマガジンは、メールアドレスの確認を完了した購読者にのみ送信します。各メールに配信停止リンクを記載し、いつでも停止できます。メールマガジンの登録情報を広告配信のターゲティングには利用しません。
4. Third-party provision and outsourcing4. 第三者提供・委託
We use Stripe for payment processing and Tapstitch for production and order fulfillment. We share the recipient's name, delivery address, contact details and ordered items as needed to produce and deliver the order. Card details are handled by the payment provider. We use Brevo to send newsletters and share the newsletter information above with it for that purpose.決済処理にはStripe、商品の製造・発送にはTapstitchを利用します。 製造・配送に必要な範囲で、受取人の氏名、配送先住所、連絡先、注文商品を提供します。 カード情報は決済事業者が取り扱います。 メールマガジンの配信にはBrevoを利用し、配信のために上記のメールマガジン登録情報を提供します。
Service providers may process information outside Japan, where privacy laws differ. Before making a transfer, we provide the information required by law and obtain consent or take other lawful measures, and we confirm the data-protection measures taken by each recipient, in accordance with Article 28 and other applicable laws and regulations.委託先が日本国外で情報を取り扱う場合、現地の個人情報保護制度は日本と異なります。当社は、個人情報保護法第28条その他の適用法令に従い、提供前に必要な情報提供および本人同意の取得その他の適法な措置を講じ、提供先が講じる個人情報保護措置を確認します。

We retain personal information for the period required by applicable laws and regulations, and delete or anonymize it appropriately after that period ends.当社は、法令に基づく保存期間にわたり個人情報を保存し、期間経過後は適切に削除または匿名化します。
Newsletter information is kept while you are subscribed. After you unsubscribe, your email address stays on a do-not-email list so that we do not email you again. Sign-ups that are not confirmed never receive newsletters. You can ask us to delete your newsletter information as described in section 6.メールマガジンの登録情報は購読期間中保存します。配信停止後は、再送信を防ぐため、メールアドレスを配信停止リストに残します。確認が完了していない登録には配信しません。登録情報の削除は6.の方法でご請求いただけます。
